Condé Nast Traveler is a luxury and lifestyle travel magazine published by Condé Nast Based in New York, recently published an article ''The 15 Best Countries for Adventure Travel'' and has listed Sri Lanka along with 14 countries in their latest list. This article was originally published in December 2017. It has been updated with new information in 2020, January

The former article list includes Australia, Argentina, Costa Rica, New Zealand, Portugal, Thailand, Greece, Spain, Italy, and Brazil. Now includes 5 more countries from their latest picks namely, Canada, Iceland, Peru, Botswana, and Sri Lanka.

Condenast Traveler’s quote on Sri Lanka was read as ''The country has bounced back to become one of our favorite travel destinations'' complete with rambling temple ruins, leafy tea plantations, and wide, golden beaches.
